There are so many actresses and celebrities out there who act dumb because they are blonde and stuff, like Jessica Simpson for example. I think that if those people quit acting dumb just because of their hair color, we wouldn't have the stereotype of the "dumb blonde". So, who do you think gave blondes a bad name? Pamela Anderson? Jessica Simpson? Paris Hilton? Who else?

I know what u mean, but truth be told the worst blondes are the brunettes who dye their hair blonde, and I'm a brunette this is just an observation I made. And most of the time "dumb blondes" really only act dumb, it's all a media trick, genetically speaking blonde women have an edge because blonde is a much rarer color than brunette so it's meant to attract men more easily for selective breeding, and not all men, but a lot of men like their women stupid because they're easier to manipulate and control, so the media tells blonde women to play stupid but sexy as a way to "raise" popularity amongst men. It's all for money! And I'm no saint I'll admit I've cracked the occasional blonde Joke, my little sister is blonde and I tease her all of the time, but just for fun, not to hurt her feelings or anything like that!!

I think it started with Marilyn Monroe. But don't get worked up about it. I'm blonde and I am sure I'm not dumb, so I let it go. BTW I heard the best blonde joke....hope you get a chuckle out if this. What's the difference betweena blonde and a washing machine?....When you dump your load in a washing machine it doesn't follow you around the rest of your life!

You said it and sadly it is true blondes gave Blondie's a bad name. However, I don't know if you watch Big Brother but that girl Janelle is one Blondes I wouldn't mess with. She seems quite sly. I don't think blondes are stupid. Hair color doesn't mean a thing for me. It's pathetic when people say blondes are stupid or something like that, because everyone knows that not everyone who is a blonde is stupid.
