Generally men's pants are not made in bell bottoms anymore. You could visit vintage shops and look there, but if you are looking for new, you may have to buy off eBay or other internet only specialty stores. Juniors (teen girl) pants are often bell bottoms, but not huge ones. If you don't mind wearing chick pants, these would be easiest to find.

hey i still have the american eagle bellbottoms from 2003. yes ae sold it for guys at the time, but afterwards they stuck to the boot cuts instead. if you want bells you need to go to vintage shops where the stores carry it for men or you can shop in buckle to find a pair. i don't know too many stores that sell bellbottoms nowadays because everything is slightly flared or boot cut now. hope you have a great time looking for those bellbottoms! ;)
