Ergot kills.
Look up Saint Vitus Dance.
That is what ergot poisoning victims did in the dark ages.
It nukes your nervous sytem and you flail and twitch thus "dance". Takes 3 days to die.
Horrible death.

First grow some rye.Harvest the seed and soak it then store in a dark place(the black mold should be ergot.Highly toxic!!)
