How can i fix it!? It got frozen when i was downloading music into a new ipod. Its still stuck on the screen that says DO NOT DISCONNECT!! wat can i do?

restart your iPod by holding the middle and the menu button at the same time untill the apple logo appears on the screen.

Mine does that. It did all thise stuff too, and I ended up sending it back. Now they refuse to replace it because they say there's a dent in the back, which there isn't.
But, anyways.. press the top button( i think it's the menu button) and the middle button simutaneously and hold. This will reset it. And do disconnect it. Also check the ipod website it has alot of help there.

Disconnect it anyways. And if it's still frozen you need to re-set it. You can do that by press and holding the menu button and the select button until the Apple appears. That should work!

Did you download itunes or update it? Cause if you have and havent restarted it that may be the problem otherwise there may just be a glitch. I just know i had problems with my ipod doing that and it was for the above said reason.

if you have windows xp (thats what i have) disconnect it manually by going to the lower right bar of your screen and go to safely remove hardware. you can also go to itunes and discconect your ipod from there, then reconnect and see what happens. if all else fails, look at apple.com faqs, they helped me alot
