I honestly think that their agenda (Cheney, Rummie, Conde, Wolfie, etc) is to bankrupt America, and turn us into a fascist state or at best an oligarchy. They clearly don't respect the democratic process, truth, a free press, or the American people (or really any other people, unless they are brain dead and have a tube down their throat and it can be a political rally point). The economy is a joke. The deficit is the highest deficit in the world history, they are mortgaging our children and our grandchildren's future to make themselves a buck or a few billion bucks. There is no end in site. They are ruining the public education system, the healthcare system and shoving their "base's" ideals down our throat. They clearly don't care anything about the constitution. They are a bunch of self rightous thugs who have the ultimate power and there is no one to stop them.
You righties out there, don't give me this just be glad you can even say this crap or it's Clinton's fault crap.
I love my country and am grateful every day that as a woman I was born here and not in say Africa and I hate what is happening to us. We are more divided than I can ever remember. The hatefulness that I see on some of these posts is breathtaking. They country is headed down a dark and insecure road that I am not sure we will recover from.

No, I am sorry, but this is among the worst situation a President has ever seen, not the worst President our country, in a time of turmoil and upheaval had ever stood whiteness to. I do think that it is time for a change; however, I highly doubt that President Bush has made it his goal to destroy our lives as we know it. As if it were HE who planned the terrorist attacks. Let us try to look beyond what our country has contributed to the dilapidation of the world.

Ummm, news flash for you .... we WERE invaded on 9/11/01.
He is protecting our Country and our people. Yes, there is unfortunate loss of life.. . but it DOESN'T COMPARE to lives that would be lost if we don't face these tough times with tough measures. We can not sit here and let these terrorist take control.
Have you watched the news in the past week? There was yet another planned attack on the our Country on 8/10/06. Now call me stupid, but 9/11, 8/10 .... do you see any pattern here? These people want to harm us and although I will NEVER get through to a person like you I will say that I thank the Lord everyday that we have George W. Bush in the Oval Office during these times vs. AlGore !!!!!! OMGGGGGGGG .... I don't even want to think about it.
And as far as capital punishment ... we need more capital punishment in this country ... it will GREATLY reduce the crime rates. Do you know that if you commit armed robbery in Singapore, you receive the death penalty for that !!!!
We don't even compare ... and they have very low crime.
SUPPORT OUR PRESIDENT in times of war! No one wants to be at war .. but we MUST PROTECT OURSELVES !!!

If our forefathers had just listened to George Washington and abstained from partisan politics our country would be so much better off. There would be no "liberal" or "conservative" agenda, just what is best for America. But because we are all concerned with labels, we are all screwed for the next few hundred years until there is another civil war and we can split the country in two. A "liberal" USA and a "conservative" USA, then maybe everyone will be happy.

Our President is trying to take power away from terrorists. If we just sit back and do nothing, terrorists will take over this country, and then we really will see how those folks in third world countries live....because we will become just like them. Something has to be done to prevent terrorism...and not making a stand is NOT the way to keep terrorists out of the U.S.

Many think that he may be the Antichrist, and I would tend to side with them.
The Antichrist will talk of peace and start wars plural without cause.
He will have people executed for thier beliefs, sounds like W.

Texas was the testing ground for this puppet. You give him too much credit. Don't the Pubby's always talk about how their leadership as a group effort. Of course you don't hear much of that anymore since they are all running for cover.

Bush is a coke snorting, alcoholic that has failed at every job that he has ever had, should it be a surprise that he would be such a miserable president. Not to me. I told a repuglican friend that shortly after he was appointed the first time that it wouldn't take him long to end the prosperity that we had achieved under Bill Clinton. Was I right. You bet.
