I need to find any info on a person (Address, Name) that keeps calling me. The only thing I have is the phone number. I think it is a cell phone number. Were can I go to find out who's number it is. Is there a program like the cops use to find peoples info just by using there phone number? Some one please help

or
file a complaint at your local police division. After they (the cops) will call that guy ...he will stop ...you can ask the front desk officer to do the call...be smart and keep a record of those calls: date, time. Go and file the complain after you have at least 20 records/calls on your list.

http://www.whitepages.com has a reverse phone lookup, but it is restricted to listed numbers. There are sites where you can look up unlisted numbers and cell numbers though, but they are not free.
