will I be able to find a similar job in Buffalo NY?
I have been a Telemarketing manager, QAT manager, Production manager also General Manager... in several companies my last Job was in the Dominican Republic, I want to go back to USA Please somobody let me know If I can continue my carreer in Buffalo or any other city in USA?

Call centers are located everywhere, and are a growing industry. I would think you would be highly employable with your background. Buffalo houses the HQ's of several large corporations and manufacturers.
Check with the NYS Dept. of Labor. You may also want to try a staffing agency (Kelly and Manpower are reputable) to get an idea of the business climate in Buffalo. Good luck!

If you want to work in a call center, find out where all of the major call centers are. My company puts them in big college towns, Lakeland Florida, Kansas, Eugene Oregon, Oshawa Ontario - flood of educated cheap (relatively) stable pool of call center people. Fidelity has their call centers in NJ, Utah, and some place down south. Get postings for want adds on college campus, easy way to know if there's a major call center there. Don't know about Buffalo, but I know there's some business in Honeyone Falls, NY - maybe more like Syracuse would have something for you.

You need to approach this on two fronts. First you need to determine what type of visa you could be eligible for to work in the US. Then you need to find an employer that will sponsor you for the appropriate visa.
