I know that string patern can affect how much topspin you get on a ball and the type of strings you have. Tennis warehouse says that certain racquet frames will affect the spin. How does the racquet frame affect the spin. I think that it would all be in the stings and how much the strings grip the ball.

Yes, the racquet frame will affect the topspin in a couple of ways:
1)Different frames have different stringing patterns & how dense a string pattern you have will affect the spin.
2)Different frames have different weights & different weight distributions (head light v. head heavy) which will also affect the spin.

depending on the weight of the frame, the type of string used and how tight or loose the string is will affect topspin - you can also grip the racquet at a slight decline to help with the topspin you put on the ball

I do not know about certain frames affecting spin, but if you close your frame down with your grip it makes it easier to brush up on the ball.
