my family is into bowling alot. my kids have won lots of trophies & scholarships for school.

Bowling is a great family pastime and I still remember going bowling with my parents, my brother and my grandparents when I was little a LONG LONG time ago. Even when I was too little to actually bowl my Dad or grandad would walk me down to the foul line and let me roll the bowl between my legs. It makes me smile even today!

Heck stick with it then! I think it's a great family sport since it's so invovled and fun..

I've only played bowling with a group of friends, but I think it's similar.

Bowling is fun for only one game. MAYBE two, but usually one game. Don't dare go for three if you love your family. :P

yes i think that it is family oriented. i also think that it is a good place for a date. my husband and i used to go bowling whenever there was no movie that we wished to see on our dates.

Yes, bowling is good to teach kids. My kids grewup bowling.

No i think it is more of a singles sport. a place where singles boos and cigerits can merge and have a good time.
