To rev your metabolism = since you work out more than anyone I've ever known, eat 6 small meals a day, rather than 3 normal sized ones. Eat Proteins with salads or veg. DO NOT eat proteins and carbs (starches) at the same meal. Drink 12 glasses of water a day. Do NOT eat anything, for one hour before bed. Also, if you can, take 3 tablespoons of RAW apple cider vinegar, before each meal - health food storesw will have. Grocery stores carry pasteurized vinegars. This should not only accomplish your goal, but make you healthy, vibrant and energetic. Best of luck!! Be well.

Ok, if your just trying to lose body fat, don't work out so much at one time! that is just giving muscle. which could acctually swell your body size! try just doing twist, side bends, crunches etc... and yoga. do ,like, thirty minutes, then take like a 5 min break at a time for maybe an hour , (or, for you, more, because your bosy is already used to the stress.) Oh, and try not to stress out a lot, that seems to retain fat in your lower stomache,
and eat little bits through out the day, if you try to starve yourself, when you do eat your body will think your going to starve it again and it will retain the fat for emergency substance!!!! that is not good.
for the foods, take vitamins. try not to eat too much stuff high in sat. fat. or fat. don't count callories, you're burning them during your exercise. I take vitamins every day, and I work out about 3 times a week. Eat an apple a day (old school i know.) but it really helps,
an apple is better at waking you up in the morning than caffeine or coffee. it's a fact. I dont drink any caffeine at all!! and i think that helps. (I've had kidney stones at 16, I'm 17 now, caffeine free!

your wieght and height make a big difference on what you need. but here is the deal how much do you eat now calorie wise. keep alog and then you can ask what you should be at. if your over 2500 calories a day try just cutting that back to 2000 and see if you dont lose some pounds

Eat those shredded wheats and cereal that make you lose 10pounds in 2 weeks twice a day. Then have salad 4 dinner. Works trust me.

Eat foods high in fiber and low in fat. Fruits and vegetables are always good.
For protein, stick to lean meat... like chicken (no skin) and fish.
Eat whole wheats and whole grain and stay away from processed sugars.

Well I'm not going to lie to you but I just read in one of my health magazines that if you smell a banana when your hungary and want something 2 snack on just smell a banana for a 2 minutes, becuase the netural smell of bananas, mint, etc will tell ur brain ur full and you won't eat. but if you smell choclate it will have the opposite effect. try it, it might work! (hail the bananas!!)

make sure that when you exercise you focus on your abdominal area to tone your abdominal muscles. in terms of diet, avoid fatty and salty food. stored fat usually stay in areas such as the thighs, arms and abdomen. aside from that salty food causes water retention again in the tuummy region.

OMG you have to be exhausted working out all those hours. You may have one of those difficult spots that can only be fixed by cosmetic surgery. I know I heard that bread (starches and things like that) makes you bloated.
