I've been trying to download movies from bit torrent, but I don't seem to be able to do so. Would someone be so kind as to explain the process to me a.s.a.p!!
I'd like to download The Da Vince Codes Movie & other religious movies. Thanks in advance!

the answer of this question :
to download a torrent file you will need two things :
1-Download a good torrent client like :
A- utorrent (i strongly recommend this one)
B-bitcommet
C-azureus (you will need java to be installed in your machine)
....
now i strongly recommend utorrent since it is fast reliable and doesn't need any resources !!!!
i have been using it for about a year and it never fails me :)
to download it try the link from there official site

after downloading the application you will be half way there
the next step
2- find a good tracker
a tracker is basically a site where you can download torrents files
now you know that the torrent file include the information needed to download the whole movie
one of the strongest public tracker is
www.mininova.org
use there search engine to find the file you needed
and click on it
now before downloading the file there are things that you need to take in to consideration
A-the number of seeds -->higher is better (never download a torrent where the number of seeds is less than 5)
the seed is a person who has the item on his computer
B- the quality of the movie usually it will be in the description or the comments provided by others!!!!
when you click on download the torrent the ?.torrent file will be downloaded to your PC
now this is not the movie for sure :P
after that try to open it using the utorrent and keep the utorrnt running !!!!
the utorrent will download the movie associated with the torrent but it may take time depending on your DSL speed
after it reach 100% that mean that the movie is downloaded and you will find it in the myDocuments/downloads (default directory )
or any other directory ( you will need to check in the preferences to which folder the incoming thing are in.

Yeah, I have its great find the torrent you want to download, open it dont save it. Make sure it only has no more than 5 files or you cant watch it just copy it. then wait for it to download, once it is done open the directory. right click on the movie and enjoy, most of the ones i have downloaded have played in real player. some dont work though but most do. Hope this helped

no I wouldn't recommend downloading from places like bit torrent. just buy the movie for 7 dollars at china town

Just make sure you have a good lawyer and enough money to pay off the fine if you get busted. The max is $250,000.00 per movie, but a good lawyer should be able to get you down to $10K or so.

We have a crook here in our town that does that. The films are such poor quality, that I just wait for the DVD to come out. 3-4 months of waiting aren't going to kill me.

you can find any of these movies that have been downloaded.........on a site called Ioffer.com............for about 5 -7 dollars
