Ideally for the first week or so, they do great on live baby brine shrimp (you'll have to hatch these yourself, when they hatch they're small as tiny specks).
Alternatively you can feed them crushed flake food. Grind the flakes into a fine powder and add a pinch of that every time you feed them.
If they're in an isolated tank, feed 2-4 times daily and maintain the tank's water quality thru frequent water changes (2-3 times per week). If they're in the main tank, don't worry about increasing the frequency of feeding. They'll have to fend for themselves and usually find enough food residue from what the adults are eating to survive.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "how long should you keep them incubated", but if they are in their own tank, keep them separated until they are large enough not to be eaten or easily killed (pretty much when they reach 2.5")

You can feed it crushed flakes...but those arnt very healthy for young gowing fry. So, i reccomend you get micro-worms, daphina, and grindal worms. Those are live foods, but there is also liquid foods. You can BUY IT (ITS EXPENSIVE) or make your own liquid food by doing this: -three tablespoons of powdered whole egg -two table spoons powdered nutritional yeast -one tablespoon chickweed flower (or any other kind of legume) -water (distiled or filtered)...all these you NEED...now for the OPTIONAL INGREEDIENTS...-a few drops of fish liver oil -crushed flake food -zucchini or spinach.......ok, combine all the dry ingridients and mix em' up. Add wet ingridients (like veggies and oil). ADD 1/4 CUP WATER and blend well using a blender or electrical mixer. Then check to make sure it pours like whipped cream (you might need to add more water at this point). Keep adding small ammounts of water(only if you need to) and blend it untill the correct consistency is reached. (if too much water is added put pea flour in it)then refrigerate it. Shake well before each feeding. For info on where to find these ingreedients and more information about feeding fry go to: http://cichlid-forum.com/articles/fry_food.php HOPE I HELPED
