It just so happens that if you have an Avogadro's number of particles of titanium or any other substance, your sample will have a mass exactly equal to the atomic / molecular mass, in grams, of the substance. Titanium's atomic mass is 47.88, so an Avogadro's number of Titanium atoms has a mass of 47.88g precisely.
So while you were looking the answer up in your databases, you had the information you needed all along: your Periodic table with the atomic masses of the elements listed. That's all you need to complete these problems.
The questions that ask about the number of moles involve simple division of the sample size by the atomic / molecular mass of the substance. The questions that ask about the "large number" probably require an answer in terms of particles, so once you complete the division multiply the result by Avogadro's number to arrive at the number of particles.

For part 1, you should divide the mass by the molecular weight (found in the periodic table) - and remember to make it twice the molecular weight for chlorine, since the molecule is Cl2.
grams / (grams per mole) = moles
For part two, do the same thing to get the moles, then I suppose large numbers means numbers of atoms, so you need to multiply the number of moles that you get with Avogadros' number, which gives the number of atoms in one mole(6.023*10^23, I think).
grams / (grams per mole) * (atoms per mole) = atoms

hello there. Well what you have been given is 23.94 grams of Ti is how many moles. In your periodic table you get the molecular weight of the atom, which is grams/mole. So if you look up Ti that is 47.867 g/mole. 23.94 grams x 1mole/47.867 grams= moles of Ti , since you need to divide here.
I dont know what you mean with part II. Sorry can't help you there.

I think the question that you are trying to solve is referring to Molarity of the substances. No of atoms=no of moles.
For example you know that for Chlorine gas which has a molecular mass of (Mr)= 70.9 n(moles)= mass/ Molecular mass
i.e. moles= 7.09g/ 70.9gmol-1 = 0.1moles

I'm not sure if this is what you wanted, but:
23.94g of Ti = .5001 moles
7.090g of Cl2 = .09999 moles
And
14.67g of Nickel = .2499 moles.
.2499 moles of Ni * 6.023 x 10^23 atoms per mole = 1.5051477 x 10^23 atoms of Ni
117.3g of K = 3.005 moles
3.005 moles * 6.023 x 10^23 atoms per mole = 1.8099115 x 10^24 atoms of K.
