Well, most likely they are sealed in place. Will be difficult to replace without destroying the old one, unless it already is. A trick I've heard, was to use piano wire to cut the seal that is behind the glass. May also want to pull the trim from around that window on the inside, to see if there is some hardware that attaches the glass to the body. Good luck.

door panel has to come off and if you look inside there should be a bolt holding a long piece of metal that goes up to the window, take it out and then look on top of the door above the glass and you might see another bolt that screws into the top of the window, if no bolt, you have to roll rear window down, grab at the top of the little window and yank it forward toward front of car, the whole window and rubber around it will come loose all in one piece and you kind of have to turn it sideways to pull it up out. The proper name for that glass is the cv glass. good luck.

you need to make sure all old glass is removed from weather stripping then remove weatherstripping then put weather stripping on new window then find a GOOD adhesive. Then put weather stripping back in place with very little adhesive. Let sit, then add more adhesive in out of sight places.
