I'm 24 and have never stopped dressing up. The last couple of years I have been Dorothy, before that it was little red riding hood.
I don't think you are a freak, though I am sure people think I am. I went as Dorothy (and as little red riding hood on another occasion) to fetish clubs. Do what makes you happy. If the attention is good for you, then do it. People will only be jealous that they didn't do it and stand out like you.
P.S. The hair is harder than it looks to do.

Neither if the Rave was themed for the costume. Otherwise I'd think you fit right in to the scene either way. Those are some strange places (Raves). LOL

That depends a lot on whether you are a guy or a girl. It might also be a problem if your name is Liza Minelli or if you live in Kansas like me.
If you are just a SoCal raver, then no. You'll fit right in.

That is totally something I would do so no I would not think you are weird. Plus anyone who would think you are weird, are either not worth your time, have no sense of humor or are just jealous. Just watch out for the poppies on your way there.

You'd probably be rather cute - I think just about anything goes at a rave anyway. You'd probably be over-dressed !
