My abortion doctor screwed up my last abortion and the kid ended up living. The doctor said that since he screwed up, if I didnt sue him, my next abortion would be free. He died unexpectedly last month, and now I need another abortion. How do I bring this up to the new doctor? I never got anything in writing.

I'm sorry that I have to say this. I may be blunt but it is not through lack of understanding. You are as much a valuable person as the child you will (I hope) bring into this world.
One abortion may be forgivable as a mistake to be corrected. Two never is.
You should have taken more care or, if you weren't capable of doing that yourself, you should have made sure that you weren't ever able to produce unwanted children ever again.
You either pay for your mistakes and live with it or you make sure that BOTH kids have a good life. You either have to make sure that they are adopted by people who WANT kids or you have to turn your whole life around. Which is it to be?

I doubt the doctor will do your abortion for free. The abortion industry is a $90 million a year business. If it hasn't dawned on you by now, doctors do things for money. Why don't you let your child live instead and put him or her up for adoption? Kids aren't something you toss away when you're inconvenienced. That's why sex is for mature people.

Use some form of protection everytime you have sex, instead of having an abortion. Birth control, cost much much less than an abortion, and also it spares a child in a way.
I was actually "for" abortion before i read this, but really stop having all these abortions. I mean maybe a mistake or something might cause you to have one abortion, but dont overdue it, be smarter next time and have safe sex.

What are you thinking? What is wrong with you and how can you ask such a horrible question? For your information if you didnt 'want to get pregnant in the first place you should've use birth control. For heavens sake woman grow up and be responsable for once in your life. From what I see you have no remorse or repect for life, people like you shoudn't have ther right to bare children. use birth control. PRO LIFE, and I highly doubt the next doctor, unless the same company, will follow the agreement, unless you have it in contract. How can you screw up an abortion anyway?

I am not going to be so blantantly rude as the others.....BUT they do have a point. It sounds as if having an abortion for you is a lot like going to the dentist to have a tooth pulled. I am pro-choice and I don't care what others think..... However, you have got it all wrong when you practice this type of life. Really, you should get your self fixed. Only if you have a written agreement signed by both parties involved. However even if you have it in writing he is not obligated to honor it. However instead of wasting our time as well as your with this nonsense why dont you call and ask the doctor , hes the only one who can give you the answer to your question. Use your head.

You must be joking right? You do not bring this up with the new doctor. It is not his fault, you did this to yourself. Is there something terribly wrong with having the children after you have had the sex? You have already had one child through one botched abortion you want to go for a second?
