Step one... Make him feel completely relaxed around you. How? By pretending in your mind that you both have known each other for years. It will come out in your actions.
Step two... Do something really physical that gets his heart beating fast, like going to a roller rink. When his heart is racing, he will feel more alive when he's around you. He will think you're so much fun to be with.
In summary... If he's having fun and also feeling totally free to be himself and not on guard with you, he will want non-stop, repeat dates!

well,you can use a kiss on the cheek because a kiss on the lips on the first date is kinda taking it fast you dont wanna make your date think you are desperate for love or you can hold hands
it sorta depends on the personaltiy of your date

Find out what your date likes. And do that. Don't do typical stuff, like going to a movie and dinner.
Plan a hike or picnic or go for a nice drive and sightsee.
