ok.. I have no idea what to do in this situation.. I have a gay friend who I think is absolutely awesome and sweet and nice and cute and ...anyway he is very busy he has 2 jobs and a boyfriend and,if you haven't noticed I have a bit of a crush on,anyway...I want to Invite him to a movie or something, but I don't know how to do it without him thinking I am asking him out! can anybody help??

Get real with yourself. You have a crush on him. Cherish the friendship and keep it exactly as is. The problem is he's gay and you are not a man. Do yourself a favor -- find a man who is emotionally available...and straight.

You may want to view your gay friend as a simple barometer for what you want in your future straight man who only has eyes for you. It's a good reference point -- you want a man who is smart, sweet, who treats you right, is independent and likes to have money in his pocket and willing to work for it.

Yes, there are some great gay men out there who would make great boyfriends/marriage material for some women because they are so cool, but bottom line is, he won't give men up.

Save yourself the heartache, hon. I know it's not easy. Believe me I know.

All you gotta do is be like, hey saturday you wanna go to the movies? And if you really wanna prove you don't wanna ask him out invite his boyfriend too.

Well you could invite his friend too. That way he knows you're not trying to hit on him

say "hey, lets catch this movie, OH come on, please, i really want to see it but no one else will go with me". then put on the puppy-dog face. from there just gradually find out if there is room for you in his busy life.
