Tonnes, you can do a Cold Air Intake, uppipe downpipe, ECU chip for increased torque at lower RPM and greater hp at mid ranged to higher RPM, Turbocharger, new cat-back exhaust system, racing headers, pro tuned racing camshafts, decrese in weight which can be as simple as removing the spare tire & jack. There's plenty more but you have to be smart about what you do to your car, you can't just pop these modifcations in your car without some setbacks.

You can replace the air filter element with a better flowing unit from most auto parts stores.
A freer flowing muffler will help too.
Keep the tires pumped to the factory setting. Soft tires rob horsepower.
Maybe there is a performance engine computer you can buy. That will help, but they can be expensive.
That might help until you can afford to trade it in for an American car.

Replace the Air filter with a performance Air filter like K&N , this will allow more air to enter your engine while combstion & thus the fuel wil be burned well , Thus giving you more power as well as causing less hazards for our environment

OK first of all, all of you that said get a real car "American Made" are dumb asses! Any car has the potential for power and any car can be made fast. So don't be dumb asses and cut down people who don't have the same preferences as you. So, shut up and take your gas guzzling v8s and shove them up your a55!

i would say... go to http://www.performancecenter.com but personally i would upgrade the intake with either an aem coi or an aem v2 coi and if ur going to do that u should upgrade ur exhaust system including the headers or exhaust manifold..whatever u want to call it and that should give u a little more than what u have now and its all simple bolt on's
