Not often, but once in a while, usually during a physical activity, I get this weird, painful pain in my head like something at the back of it just popped, and it stays there for a few seconds. An example of this happening would be when I would raise my arm, like when it happend when I was swimming. What could this be?

nerve damage, something doctors can not pick up by a physical exam, muscle damage, or bones out of place. this could be serious, you should get it checked out be sure to be as detailed as possible with the doc, or they may not think much of it. hope you got insurance.

Could be anything from a pinched nerve to an aneurysm. See your doctor.
