That's going to cause a lot of headaches, right? Does this include desktops and laptops? What's going on?

It is only for laptop batteries of DELL. There was an incident of laptop that went on fire in a conference (in Japan) couple of months back, i guess.

There were also few other incidents which resulted in some damages to property and personal injuries.

Anyway DELL has went ahead with recall which is good though not financially for them!

Laptop batteries are the problem. Just contact Dell.
