Shades of copper, gold, bronzy-gold, medium rosy-pink, rosy-plum, violet, lavender, silvery-grey, slate blue, periwinkle, and jade would all look great with your eyes.
For liner, try navy, deep brown, hunter green, gold, copper, and violet (only on top lash line; lining under your eyes will only make them look smaller).
Covergirl has a good selection of eyeliners and eyeshadows; go here http://www.covergirl.com/whatsright/colo...
and they'll help you find shades flattering to you. :~)

Hey what do you know same here...
Personally I use black eye liner. I think it in tenses your eye color more.
As for eye shadow I use, some white shimmer right below my eye brow. A light tan/brown on my eye lids, then a darker brown/black/gray/green/ basically like they said natural colors right above of my eye lids.
Then blend, use a brush to blend it in. not to much!
I've been applying my make up for 4 years now, I always have compliments on my eye ware.Try it out k!
Good luck

daytime-plum or green eyeliner or black/brown. Evening, velvet black. Eye shadow really does depend on the shape of your eyes. I have hazel eyes and brown hair but I can't wear eyeshadow.

You're like my twin. I use autumn colors like the browns, olives and greens, oranges, nude, and pinks.
For the eyeliner: Brown with brown mascara
Eyeshadow: Pink, Olive/green, nude/tans, and SOMETIMES light oranges. <--only with certain outfits though. MAKE SURE the eye shadows sparkle!! :)
PS: if you want to add a little more color to your face, out on a peach colored blush...works perfectly for me!!

natural earth shades with a tad of shimmer to make your eyes pop out and your skin glow. I wouldn't use eye liner but if you must a natural shade.

Use natural colors. browns and tans. orange possibly if used right. black and silver. purple too. since you have "kinda fair" skin, go easy on the colors.
