You can't. Not with ipods atleast. You probably can with a creative zen.

first you'll need firefox. http://www.firefox.com. download and install it. run it. install the video downloader extension, https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/. restart firefox, and in the bottom right, you'll see a little box. go to the the video you want to download, double click that little box, and select download link.

get total video converter - http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter/ . install and run it, select new task, and find the video. select to convert it to quick time format.

get videora ipod converter- http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ . download and install. run it. go to convert, and find the newly converted video. select it, and convert it using videora.

then put it in your itunes library and it'll update onto your ipod.
