When you do a Windows Update or set your pc to do Automatic Updates, it installs any patches available for your machine.

To many updates for the living house windows defender application, provided that i do no longer use living house windows Defender, I not at all put in those. All others replace I put in them to my pc.

Click on start, and go to the control panel. You should have the Security Center there. It will allow you to change it so you automatically get updates daily.
