Easy--the Mona Lisa, because a marble statue will not burn, and they can just clean it after the fire goes out. By the way, The David isn't in the same museum as the statue of Venus and the Mona Lisa. They are both in the Louvre, but the David is in Florence, in the Academia.

The only treasure I would save is myself. I would save my friends, if they are with me. Other than that, I am NOT interested in art, statues, etc, from museums, so why would I steal one. Besides, taking one would be stealing even if you are just 'saving' it from the fire.
