Spiderman, because if I had to choose one to hang out with, it would definitely be Spidey. We could crack some jokes, maybe go on a double date with MJ and my significant other, and other normal stuff. Batman would want to be all dark and brooding and constantly be checking the sky for the bat signal (which is very rude if you ask me). Plus, a lot of rich people are kinda stuffy, especially when they live mostly secluded lives where they get no sleep.

I'd go with the Bat. They are both intelligent, both physical specimens. Spidy's got Spidy Sense, Batman's got the cool toys. Here's the Dark Knights edge - he's the Dark Knight, meaning he's capable of anything, even crossing the line. Anybody that's got the stones and crazy enough to take on Superman get's my vote.
