Enya - Especially her Watermark and Shephards Moon CD's.
These are very relaxing.
Good luck to you - I hope that you have a friend or relative who will be able to step in and be with you during labor and delivery. A great support person is so important. (And, if it makes you feel any better, the Dad isn't always the best person to fill that role, anyway:)
I have given birth three times (the first one weighed 9 pounds 11 ounces and I am 5'7" 125 pounds), and if you trust the process it is nothing to fear. Please don't listen to anyone's horror stories. You will be fine, I promise. You should only focus on positive energy - I found music to be very helpful.

You are not going to be in the mood for music when you go into labor. Doesn't matter how much you like music. Music is so insignificant when you are bringing a new life into this world. The truth is that you will be in so much pain nothing else will matter but getting that baby out Stop fantasizing.

You need to concentrate more on your labor pains than to listen to music. This must be your first baby. I have 5 and beleive me you don't want to hear any music, just the heart beat of your baby thats enough. God Bless you and have a safe labor.

in case you comprehend her fashionable songs from infants or whilst she grow to be a teenager... it relatively is recommended to characteristic them to your combination. in case you in basic terms comprehend what communities she likes, take that as a cue. i might follow soothing lower back-beats, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, provided that hard artwork is complicated sufficient without somebody hurting herself attempting to get her groove on. (howdy, it incredibly is been consumer-friendly to happen)
