Whats a "colletable"? Pls use the check speller. Even if I try substituting it with the word "collectible", your sentence still doesnt make sense to me.

you will never get a value for anything because people will never tell the truth about it in case they can get it too
the only way to find true value is to have it insured and then the insurance assessors will tell you the truth
never believe dealers they will try to cheat you. insurance is the only way
and then again something is only worth what some idiot will pay for it

Me too I like to know, I got bunch of old stuff like detergents, car wax, ext. about 25 years old. I guess any thing that rare is collectable.
