You are exhibiting a classic symptom of alien abduction.Although
I personally do not subscribe to such, there are other signs. One
is missing time.Another are strange or unusual marks on the body.Nonetheless, your fear of UFO dreams seems to be con-
tributing to insomnia,a serious sleep disorder that can definately be detrimental to your health.I would urge you to see a therapist
who specialises in hypnotherapy. In the meantime make some
warm milk and get some sleep.

Interpret Your Dreams on this site all the meanings without having to look them up never mind the...Title...of the web-site. http://www.freakydreams.com/ because Good Dreams also can be Interpreted.
Dreaming is a place of possibility and creation, a land of futures that might come and pasts that never were. It is also a land of nightmares.
It constantly changes as people fall asleep and shape parts of it, then wake up and their dreams dissolve back into mist. A dreams dictionary always helps ( for other descriptions needed ). http://myjellybean.com/dream/pagey.html
Did you know you can make yourself dream anything its called...Lucid Dreaming which this site will explains along with some other questions about dreaming. http://www.dreams.ca/

First, unidentified flying objects aren't spacemen.

Secondly, what makes them unidentified is what makes them frightening. Try imagining them with little labels on the side of them the next time you sleep. (don't pick CIA or anything like that).

You are not alone, there is more unknown in the world than known and we all deal with that in one way or another. Once you have identified what your REAL fear is and know what the label reads.... you will be on your way to dealing with it.

Good luck.

Dreams are sometimes a sub-concious way of expressing concious fears. In your conscious reality you have NOTHING to fear.

Your dreams are not real, so there is nothing to fear about them either. Just accept your fear and move forward with your life.

If it gest worse, consider some professional counseling.

Good luck!

Just don't focus on that dream. Evn if you get it, leave dreams as dreams. Don't worry about them. Get something else to worry about and it will work. Otherwise-- if that doesn't work, think about those dreams as much as possible and tell yourself you want those dreams and you will not get them. And in Freud's path-- try to avoid wierd and imaginary things for a few days.

Rent the movie ET, watch it 5 times. You will be convinced that Aliens are our friends. You will then be ready when they come to pick you up. Sweet dreams.
