I am not all caught up into the zodiac thing.. but...?

Question

This question is for Cancers.. I do not have esp.. I don't pretend to.. but but but... are there any other Cancers out there who know what I mean by saying "sometimes I just know things" ( and I cannot count how many times this has happened in my life)

Actually my mother is a cancer and that is very normal in her life. It seems odd at times but usually she will guess (actually she never guesses she is 100% sure of what she is saying) but naturally she will tell someone exactly what will happen in certain events and whether she is voted out wrong or the event poses no way for her to be correct then she usually is right. Most of my family do not notice this because they are soaked up in their embarrassment to be wrong but I am almost sure that ESP and Cancer go hand in hand. It would more or less be astrologically correct.

Actually it's quite common, and not just for Cancers. Most water signs are highly intuitive, or people with many planets in water signs, or planets in the water houses. You can walk into a room and instantly pick up on the vibes of people there, or maybe you've walked into a building and had a feeling - whether for good or creepy- about what has happened there. It's called intuition, and relying on your emotions rather than logic. You'd be surprised how many people have grown so used to ignoring their intuition and relying on logical explanations that they're clueless. Which is why children are so awesome. They listen to that voice and tell it like it is, until adults tell them not to. You know, like, Oh, that's just your imaginary friend. And a hundred other things instead of encouraging that gift. Why do you think shows like Medium are so popular now? You don't even need to use the esp label. It's more of a "gut instinct." Years ago, all people had that ability. You just "feel." And with Cancers, that is intensified where it concerns family. A mother might wake up in the middle of the night because she had a bad dream about her child or just felt something wasn't quite right and...sure enough, say George got in a car accident. Or Grandma just died, or Mary's having her baby right now. Yada, yada, yada..Sometimes it's just a simple thing like knowing when the phone's gonna ring, or knowing who's calling when it does. Or it's that gut feeling that tells you not to walk down a certain street. Or you're hopelessly lost somewhere, and all of a sudden you just know which road to take. Heck, the first time I had dinner at my future in-law's house, I saw AuntXXXXX, standing by her piano and showing me a beautiful dainty diamond ring telling me she wanted me to have it because it had made her so happy. "Course everyone asked who I was talking to. Right there, I pointed, her. I described her and the ring she showed me, which I still wear, by the way. Seems she was my husband's favorite aunt, had lived with them after her husband died. And her husband, when he finlly got a good job paying lots of money bought her a very expensive big diamond to replace the cheap little one he bought her at first, because she deserved much better. So she took off the "cheap" little one that brought her so much happiness, and was buried in the big expensive one he bought her. She was 83 when she died and this tiny but beautiful sparkling ring is now 85 years old as of August 14. Aunt xxxx was a cancer, and had been dead for over 17 years before I went to dinner that night. And I saw her just as she looked when she first got engaged.

It's common Among people with a sun in pisces, scorpio, Cancer, or people with a moon (how u emotionally respond to people) or Venus ( How u fall in love and who ur best match is) in the water signs (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio's) I'm a Sun in Pisces SO I know what ur talking about, I frequently get Deja Vu, and all I need is 5 minutes to look into a persons eyes and to listen to what they are saying and I know most of their hidden motives, and can even guess (and usually fairly accurately) guess what their child hood was like, and the kind of people they admire/ desire to be around, it's pretty weird, but I'm not like one of those people who knows what the future holds or can read minds or anything like that I'm just very perceptive and I really understand human behavior, that's why I want to be a psychologist when I grow up!!!!

honey, i am not a cancer, sorry. but i am another water sign (scorpio). and i totally believe you. sometimes you just know! i think the other water sign (pisces) does too. I'm not all caught up on that stuff either, but i could swear... it's like me and other scorps, cancers and pisces are on the same level sometimes.

How about calling it just a "Knowing"
Maybe it is the words ESP or Psychic you just don't like.

its a zodialogical connection, most zodiac descriptions are pretty accurate about a persons personality....my bf and i have noticed the compatibility between us is real close to that of what the stars tell....it may seem superstitious, but if people really would look deeper into their zodiacs and what they stand for, they will find a better understanding of themselves and who they are and where they are going.
