Is it to downplay it for his safety? Seems wierd that they report on everything, everywhere; but I have yet to see anything on their website or on FoxNews.

I have seen several reports about Steve and the free lance photographer. Maybe not all FOX contributors say something, but I have seen reports on FOX everyday since they were kidnapped. The reporters express a lot of concern about their colleague.

wasn't he kidnapped by our "allies", the isreali's? fox news is notorious for having a right wing agenda and if this story breaks, it'll mess up the pro-israeli program that the govt. has. it would make bush have to answer for something and, i don't know, that might make him look bad

Maybe because the only ppl it really concerns already know. Be honest, do you really care what happens to this guy? Pretty sure his family and friends do.

Maybe out of respect for the investigation, and especially thier families!!
If they did it would be distateful, like they were going for ratings or something like that. Yes, frustrating.

Any comment they would make would be insufficient at best. Until they know how has him and what they want they are better off saying nothing.
