If you don't want to spend any money, you can just use sound recorder on any Windows PC (Start | Programs | Accessories | Entertainment | Sound Recorder)

Open up the song you want to edit, and just move the slider to where you want the end of the song to be, then click "Edit | Delete After Current Position". If you want to start the song in a certain place, put the slider where you want it to start and click "Delete Before Current Position".

Try Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/about/).

Audacity is a free, easy-to-use audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. You can use Audacity to:

* Record live audio.
* Convert tapes and records into digital recordings or CDs.
* Edit Ogg Vorbis, MP3, and WAV sound files.
* Cut, copy, splice, and mix sounds together.
* Change the speed or pitch of a recording.
* And more! See the complete list of features.

You'll have to upload the music from your phone to the Computer and edit it using Audacity. After editing the music, upload it back to your phone.
