why wont my yahoo video play it keeps trying to load over & over?

This happens because it's still trying to load. Just pause it until it completely loads. Once it does, then you can play it and it'll be fine the whole way through.

If it completely loads and still freezes at times, it's because your internet connection is slow and can't handle the quality of the video. You'll just have to live through it if that's the case.
