Two-a-days are two practices or workouts in one day, usually one in the early morning, and another later in the afternoon or in the evening.

My husband played football in high school, and he told me two-a-days are grueling, and coaches don't use them all the time; they save them for times when they really want to give the team a good workout, like when practices start in the summer, and everyone is kind of out of shape, or just before the actual play season starts.

This is a really good question and I have often wondered it myself. What exactly is the difference in scoring between rotisserie and head to head? Craig answered some of the question but not all.
