why do people assume that you mean "fix all of mexico's problems" when you say "stop oppressing mexico"?

also- I'M NOT MEXICAN i don't know why people assume that i am, but i'm not- so leave your personal racism out of your answer, if you don't mind.

I'm tired of fixing everyone's problems. Let them grow up and fix it themselves. That will cause them to respect what they have. This is the philosophy of good parent, also.

Who said 'stop oppressing Mexico' and who assumed that meant 'fix all of Mexico's problems'. I usually hear: 'Let them come' and 'Enforce the law'.
