What is ETHIC ?
ETHIC (an acronym for the French phrase ‘Entreprises de Taille Humaine, Indépendantes et de Croissance’) is an organisation which groups employers running independent, growing businesses which remain on a human scale – businesses at the forefront of economic expansion. It is a non-corporate and totally independent entity, a status which enables it to represent company leaders from any sphere of activity, and to defend their interests. At present, ETHIC’s main aim is to promote the concept of the ‘growing business’, defined as a company with a strategy of sustainable growth, which involves entrepreneurial ambitions at once capitalistic and humane. Such a business characterizes itself as one favouring the integration of all its individual employees, whatever their level of competency or their qualifications. It thus ensures that each and every individual can fulfill his or her role as a vital component in the overall structure
