From a cook's point of view, and a novice chef. All you need to do is cover them up with syringe wrap when you're not eating it, and keep it cool in an ice bath, or refridgerated. You can leave a cucumber outside without cutting it, and it'll still get slumpy. Leave one in a cool place, it'll stay fresh.

The only way is not to slice them until u serve them...Or put them in a seal tight container but that won't work as well as the first suggestion.Good luck

searated knife and sharp at that for slicing... a firm cuke to begin with not old and fatty and huge they are watery ..and cold ice water.. keep them in air and vinegar breaks them down..

I REALLY DONT THINK U CAN....IF I SLICE ONE IT BETTER BE ATE, CAUSE IT GETS SOFT OR MUSHIE WITH ME TO WITH IN 2 HOURS OR SO..
