Definitely use something unique to you. All those repetitive "babygurl122" and "hottie33" screennames are getting ridiculous, and they're boring to boot. Think of a favorite band or song, or something you do that no one else does. For example, my own screenname comes from a favorite song of mine by O.A.R.
Obviously you'll be hard-pressed to come up with something COMPLETELY unique (the Internet is ginormous, after all), so numbers and variations are inevitable, but don't drive yourself crazy, i.e. "tennisplyr849543934939", just to get precisely what you want.
Even better, come up with something so crazy unique to you that everyone will be asking what your screenname means (I get a lot of questions about mine, since O.A.R. isn't a huge band among my peers).
