It's all about the music. It will cost millions of dollars to clear the music for DVD, and someone will have to decide that it's worth the risk of spending all that money. It's unlikely that it will ever come out on DVD.

They may still be trying to clear the music from the shows(background). There is always money to be made.

That's a very good question, but I heard of a site that does offer all the episodes. They are very good quality, but its better than nothing. I'm sorry, but I don't remember the site. You can search for it, though.

very true. remember...even the opening song to that show would have to go thru ALOT of channels. seeing as it's a cover of a beatles song...and none of the beatles actually own the rights to any of their songs (very sad...).
last i heard, michael jackson owned these rights...but sold them to someone...who knows...i don't think it was right for him to own the rights to songs he didn't create in the first place (nor would have the talent to create....)
