You have just been finished your training class as a claims examiner. What could be done to encourage you.?

trainees leave the training room unprepared for the real work area. They become easily discouraged. What can be done to help the trainee while in training class and maybe the first 3 months after class is over.

Have regular follow up sessions to share experiences and decompress. This way you support each other.
