So basically I'll just navigate for a few pages and then the error box pops up saying the whole program needs to close and then does. It's getting REALLY annoying and I really just can't find the cause of it. (Obviously doesn't know too much about computers.) So I guess, is it normal for IE to be this inconvient and if it is, is there something I can do to fix it?

Oh, and I don't have admin rights on this PC either, so I can't go and download Firefox to solve all my IE problems...ugh...

Oh, and since most people seem to agree that this is a virus (was afraid of that). If i just leave it be would it start bothering other programs too? Or just my IE?

Which version of IE are you using, Some older versions have been known to have that problem. Have you tried updating it from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ or http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx and get at least Internet explorer 6 or 7...

But definitely you will need to have administrator account..
