It's impossible. The right to look at your page is protected as long as your profile isn't private. People will post bulletins to say that there is a tracker, and there will probably be a picture, but it's very cheesy and it's just a crappy photoshopped image that they hotlinked. Believe me, I've done a lot of looking into it, and it's their right to remain unknown, unless they request to be your friend. The best tracker you can do is go to your about me section and type in: "EVERYONE WHO LOOKS AT THIS PAGE BE MY FRIEND PLEASE"

there is no tracker no matter what bulletins people post because u have the choice to make your page private or public
