If you are willing to buy a used one, ebay has some great deals. I just bought one for myself, and since I picked it up myself it ended up being a great deal.

Or you could buy them used!!! My university actually offers students minifridges in the room. Check before you buy one!

Try Target, K-Mart, those kind of stores.
I've seen them on sale for less than $50.00.
