look for a new one on www.ebay.com

go to bsnl office with a photo identity card of yours. fill up a form and pay rs 200. say that it was lost - not stolen - they will ask for a police report. they will give u duplicate on the spot and it will activate after 36 hours. if not done u say that u will claim rs 100 compensation per day from the consumer forum.

in that case no way.........u have to have the cash receipt.........
