Why does the mother board on Dell computers malfunction?

I don't know, but my mom's had to replace hers twice and she hasn't even paid it off yet!

Certain models of Dell machines had motherboards with bad capacitors on them. If your motherboard is malfunctioning and the machine is still under warranty just call Dell and they should be able to help get it replaced.

I have a Dell and if you think you will ever get help from Dell, you are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are known for having the worst customer service of any computer company. I wish I had encouraging news for you..................everyone in my family has quit buying Dell computers for that reason. They even tried to tell me over the phone that me new Dell would not be compatible with their puter and I believed the guy. When the printer came in, I had to give it away....no one even wanted it...free or not....

What The **** is with Dell Technical Support?! Some random bits scribbled . I'm on hold waiting to speak with a Dell Tech Support representative, presumably . they said please wait wilte we just go ... Attaching a Graphics Card to one of the dell cmputers . i have been on the phone line for 2 hrs ..dell computers there made up of random bits scribbled and try call it a dell computer

because they are cheap POS. I remember when I got my dell desktop, the mobo died after a month. My roommates, video card and dvd-rom drive wer DOA.
