in 1 word you cant and it is no good calling yahoo they will not help you for security reasons so get a new yahoo id

if you can't go over with on what is the answers in ur secret question, i suggest you make a new one. You can not recover it. It happened to me the same.

once ur password if gone u cant get it back..
even if u answer the question, yahoo'll give u a new password.. so try changing ur new password..
if u forgot the answer to ur question then it'll be tough for u to log into ur id cos u hav no other way
