It seems that some people read just half the question then go off on a tangent of putting the question down. Not even understanding the question.

Let's address the last part of your comments, first. Have you ever noticed the complete lack of English comprehension of those who ask questions here? Or, better yet, have you noticed how difficult it is sometimes, to understand some of the questions asked, on this blog?

If someone had to decide, on which side of the slate the intelligent people were, the people asking questions, or the people answering questions, which would you pick?

It is my opinion, the boneheads are lined up on your side of the slate, but I will give you this; your question was fairly well written!

I for one, am impatient when it comes to long, drawn out questions. I read the bold part, and if I don't understand, then I read the fine print. Sorry - one would think that the bold part is the question, that would be the question! I HATE when the asker puts a question in bold, and then explains they are being sarcastic, and in the fine print actually tells their side.

So make it short but sweet - some of us are ADD you know (I really am!!).

I wouldn't know, I don't read people's answers. I know that I read the entire question and, I, think, I understand what you are saying here and I, don't, think, I've, gone, too far off tangent.

Yes I noticed that. I think it's because some questions are too long and people don't bother getting to the end they read just the headline!

Yes... I see quite a few, I think that maybe they just want to earn points and also I notice.. many give one word or just a sentence as anwers and some does not even reply to the question at all.

I have noticed that some of these questions are combo-questions requiring deeper thought than one single answer .
