I believe you can. I probably wouldn't put it in my carry on however. If you need to just make sure you are not using liquid foundation or anything liquid for your carry on.

Yes, if it's not liquid or gel. Lipstick is specifically OK'd. You can maybe even purchase things at a duty-free shop in the international terminal if there is one ;)

You CAN take anything in pencil or powder form...liner, lipstick, eyeshadow, blush, powder foundation, whatever. I would think that the solid cream-to-powder foundation would be OK also. Don't know about mascara.

I fly a lot so have been thinking quite a bit about this the past few days. They'd better get a lot better at having luggage arrive on time if they aren't going to let us take all of our makeup, toothpaste, soap, etc!!

At out weekly Mary Kay meeting they told us we can not take our skin care products on the planes if we had a trip planned we should know that. This would be until the release liquids on flights again, but best thing to check is call the airport and check with them directly about what products you wanted to take maybe they have special insturction if someone asks?? Good luck.

Everyone is saying you can bring Lipstick, But i wouldnt take the chance. Put it in your luggage, not your carry on. Because why would you need make up on your carry on anyway. Overall, just bring what you REALLY need right to bring on your carry on because you don't want to hold up the lines more than they already are being held up. Also..You might miss your flight so go extra early!!

Most cosmetics must be placed in checked baggage, but solid lipstick will be allowed in carry-ons.

Um, as long as it doesn't have arsenic in it and you don't plan on putting it in someone's drink on the plane.....you should be fine. LOL!
