First of all anger is normal. Getting rid of the anger is not the issue. Address the anger. Write it down if you have to. Then aknowledge you have it, why you have it and then do the hardest thing ever....own your anger. That person or event has no ability to "make" you angry. Only you have that power. Take control and take proactive and positive steps to resolve the anger.

Howie's answer is someone Telling Howie That He does no longer recognize What Howie is talking about !! the reality is Howie Hit The Nail proper sq. on the suitable and the man exhibits No information opposite To What Howie Believes To be actual !! SO ~ without Telling Howie the reality - He Thinks He knows the reality !! I always put on my favorite music and jam to it. It helps to block out the world and helps you forget your problems. The only problem is it's only temporary.

try to control yourself.. get inspire in something useful.. try to concentrate and take it easy don't let your anger take over you... be smart. don't commit any mistakes. i wish you the best..

get a punching bag and attack it and blast out thrash medal music as loud as you can!!!! it works for me!!!
