Home Call were the worst Ive ever come across, Oh switch to our company and well save you ££££££s.
I was with them 3 weeks when I received a message to contact them urgently. this I did and they said that I had reached my limit having only used the phone twice since they were my suppliers I asked how.
You've made 2 calls at peak rate for the total of £36.84p. I asked when they gave me the time and date. I then told them there are only 2 people in the house and we were both at work, when the calls were supposing made.
I refused to pay and they said it would be on my bill.I then wrote to cancel my account with them. Rang BT and went back with them best move ever.
It then took 6 months of threatening phone calls threatening letters and me Ringing up and arguing with the managers. I paid no money then I got a letter saying thank you for making your payment.
Never again will I switch from BT

1. I've actually had many bad customer service experiences during the course of my life.
2. I tell the individual that it's not working out & would like to speak with another customer service rep (csr). I make a mental note of the name on the tag of the offensive csr.
3. After I am done with my business, I request to speak with the manager about that individual. I then request the name, address and phone number of the person over the manager & write them a letter.
4. One president wrote me back with a 'thanks for the helpful feedback'. If that csr is making your experience awful, can you imagine how the people that have to work with that imbecile must feel. Brings morale down quickly.
5. If you like the products, then let the establishment know that some rude csr is making the company look like a 'clown operation'.

AT this pizza joint I used to go to for carry-out but decided to sit down one night with a friend. We ordered a salad, diet/reg coke and a garlic and extra cheese pizza. Never had a problem with carry-out but that night, OMG... the waitress was f*cking clueless in how to 'waitress'. Not only were our salads taken away too early, I was in mid bite when she took my bowl and went to the kitchen. I wasn't even done! She continueously interupted our meal by asking, "How is everything?" To whcih I responded, "Fine. Just fine."... Now I have worked as a hostess, waitress, bar back you name it and never , I mean NEVER have i had such a moron serve me before. She wasn't watching for typical clues to give good service, she was doing the opposite, interuppting us while we were talking, she took our drinks to refill them and she forgot mine and instead broyght two cokes for my friend. Then the pizza arrived. It was a soggy, jar of garlic dumped in the middle and cheese no where to found that was placed at our table.... We asked for the manager and this lady refused to get her. I had had it and walked to the front and spoke with the manager and told her someof what had happened. I wasn't trying to insult the 'waitress' as I knew she was trying to her job, not very well, but hey, I do support good service. I simply said that the pizza was wrong and if we could have a new one made. The manager had no problem with that and so then we waitetd. And waited. and waited some more.. Finally the pizza made it out to the table and guess what... SAME DAMN THING! I insisted that the waitress give us our check and we were leaving. I only paid for the drinks and salads, the pizza was inediable. Even getting the check was a fiasco, she kept coming over and asking why we were leaving with out eating the pizza and I told ehr, not too politely, Get away and stay away and do not ask me anything else.
Basically - in the 15 years I have either been working in a resturant or dining, this was the WORST idiotic woman to serve me and I have never been back to that place again.

You've beaten me to it I was gonna ask this question... I work in customer services myself and have attended many courses so I know what makes good and bad service and know what rights to expect. My most recent bad (and still ongoing) is with a bank in the US trying to release the proceeds of an account left by my uncle I keep phoning and been kept on hold for up 20 minutes at a time and when your calling from England that is not acceptable I've written countless letters, emailed... the list goes on and on, letters they say have gone missing ahhhhhhhhhhhhh very very frustrating it's like they cound'nt give a toss. I give service I would expect myself but when I don't receive it get's me soo mad!As for this bank in America I'm now thinking so taking it further and threating legal action due to the upset and distress this has caused me. My uncle passed away years ago but when I phone they ask to speak to him, I've sent them a death certificate!

I was in a family restaurant and ordered a French Dip. The au jus came on the side with a big cockroach in it. I had the waitress take it back. I couldn't eat at this point. The manager came over and apologized. When I went to pay my bill, I saw that the manager had just simply "discounted" about $2 off my bill!! I never went there again.

The worst I have had recently was in B and Q when I made an enquiry about a product the guy that spoke to me must have just broke out of a secure unit for the criminally insane.I walked away
If I had not I may have belted him one in the earhole.

Two days before the new legislation regarding all new electrical items to be supplied with a fitted plug came in, I bought a kettle in a well known high street store (clue, they get eaten a lot after a night on the ale) and asked for a plug to be put on it f.o.c. and they refused.
I have been telling people about it ever since.

From my experience it's usually the customers who complain about not being able to get something the way they want it, when there's really nothing a customer service agent can do for them so they complain about how bad the service is and ask to speak with a manager. They whine and be a total pain in the *** and end up getting their way.

First choice bakery in Brixton, the worst costomer service i've experienced ever...
I asked for some cake and custard, just before she put the cake in the container, i changed my mind about the cake i wanted... all she had to do was move her tongs about 5cm, and my girl is tutting and kissing her teeth.... I was pissed, but more importantly hungry as well
